Situated in the village of Blockley, Blake House is tucked away in a quiet residential road, with wonderful views across the rooftops to the rolling Cotswold hills beyond. Stylishly furnished and spacious, bright and airy, this is a lovely holiday cottage with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
There is a choice of places to eat in the village and an award winning village shop with cafeteria which makes wonderful latte, home made cakes and even breakfast. Only 3 miles from Chipping Campden and close to Stratford upon Avon, Hidcote Gardens NT, Blenheim Palace, Warwick Castle and not forgetting the beautiful villages of the North Cotswolds. Ideal walking country with suggestions for circular walks and much more in the Information File in the cottage.
Full gas central heating with OSO extra large water heater. Oak effect laminate floor throughout the house, except on the stairs which are carpeted.
The front door leads into a good size hallway which is situated in the centre of the house. Stairs lead up and down but for ease of description we will start at the top and work downwards! The house is on three floors but there are half landings to each floor.

This bedroom is at the front of the house, overlooking the lane. There are two beds – a 4’6” double and a 3’ single bed. Two rugs on floor. Wardrobe with shelves and hanging and a five drawer chest of drawers. Bedside chest and lamp by 3’ bed. Hairdryer

The enclosed patio garden is on two levels and can be reached either through the French doors from the kitchen or down the steps at the side of the house. Attractive garden table and chairs. Weber charcoal barbecue.
PARKING
Private off road parking for one car. There is further parking in the lane or on the grassy area at the top of the lane (approx 75 yards away)
