Blockley is a delightful village situated amongst the rolling hills of the North Cotswolds, between Chipping Campden and Moreton in Marsh in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Blockley Village Shop and Café is the largest and most successful community shop in Britain. Hot food is served, home-made cakes, croissants - even enjoy a breakfast. The Great Western Arms pub serves meals or food can be purchased to take away. The Crown Hotel serves food in the bar and restaurant.

PROPERTY DETAILS:
Arlington Cottage is a pretty, Grade II listed, terraced cottage situated on a raised walkway above a quiet part of the main street in Blockley. It was built in approximately 1820, of lovely honey coloured Cotswold stone.
There is full gas central heating. An outbuilding at the rear can be used to store bicycles etc

Lovely light and sunny room with sandstone tile floor and large rug. Two, two seater very comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy one of the wide choice of books in the bookcase.

White bathroom suite. Bath with hand held shower attachment, basin and wc.
Courtyard Garden
A door leads from the kitchen to an enclosed courtyard garden with bistro style table and chairs. A sunny spot - ideal for a quiet, relaxing meal.
Separate Garden
There is an additional garden - separate from the cottage. This is reached via an alleyway running beside the next door but one cottage which opens out to a lovely "hidden" garden. There is another table and chairs here.
Parking
Parking is in the main street. There is no time limit and no charge.
