ACCESS STATEMENT
Introduction
Amberley House is a Grade II listed, Regency style white rendered property on the High Street of Chipping Campden. The house is rented out as a holiday home through Campden Cottages. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/dining/family room, 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, one WC and one utility room. The house is fully carpeted except for the hall, and utility which are tiled and the kitchen/family room which has sealed wood flooring. As the house is old the floors, especially on the top floor are uneven.

Pre-Arrival
All enquiries / bookings are handled by Campden Cottages. They have an extensive web site which includes much useful local information as well as a page for Amberley House showing photos and a full description.
- Bookings / enquiries can be made via email, fax or phone
- Once the final payment is made, directions are sent to you which include the postcode
- We can provide information in large print on request
- There are several bus services from Chipping Campden going to Cheltenham, Stratford, Oxford, Bourton on the Water and Moreton in the Marsh.
- The nearest railway station is Moreton in Marsh which is approximately 8 miles away. The station is on the main line between London Paddington and Worcester. There is a bridge ramp for wheelchair access.
- Taxis are not always waiting at Moreton in Marsh station and you are advised to book a taxi in advance.
- There are a variety of food shops in Chipping Campden, including delicatessens, grocery shops, greengrocers and a bakery.
- There are several pubs and a variety of lovely restaurants most of which are child friendly.
- Spa facilities are available in Chipping Campden at the Cotswold House Hotel.
- Sheila Rolland is the director of Campden Cottages and lives locally. She is on hand should you have any queries or need help and can be contacted on the Campden Cottages telephone number.
- Arrival time: 4.00pm onwards
- Departure time: By 10.00am
- The house has stairs which cannot be gated. Two gates are provided to secure Bedroom Three and Four in the doorway of each room.
- No pets are allowed in the property
- No smoking inside the property
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
- Directions and instructions for the keys are sent to you as soon as the final payment has been made
- Two parking spaces are available to the rear of the property – one under the car port and one in the garage. Additional parking is on the High Street outside the house or at the rear in Calf Lane.

- 99cm wide front door leads direct from the pavement into a vestibule. Inset door mat directly inside front door.
- A second door 84 cm wide leads into the hall. Doors are hinged to the right.
