Lovely Break
Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Lovely clean cottage with most amenities you require during your stay. Beds very comfortable. Only negative is parking, you are allowed to take your car down the lane outside the cottage to unload on arrival, but there is no real turning point at the end of the lane, anyone with a large car would find great difficulty, even with my small car it proved very challenging. I suggest that people are informed of this before they arrive, on reading the information book inside the cottage it does state that there is no turning point but that is too late once people have arrived at the property. Good base for travelling to the surrounding villages and towns.

Great cottage, just like being at home
The instructions we received how to find the cottage was great. It was just off the main road very close to the Great Western pub. You can park outside to unload, but must then immediately take your car onto the main road, where there is plenty of parking space. The cottage is on a steep incline, so make sure you have a good hand brake! but the cottage is at the top so not a problem walking up to the road. There were 2 of us, so having our own en suite bathrooms was great. All the rooms are a good size and there is everything you need, it was just like being at home. You cannot get into the back garden, but there is a table and chairs in the front garden, and because the weather was great, we sat outside every night. We went sight-seeing every day, and as the driver it was comforting to know when we got back to Blockley, there would be no problems parking the car. We would certainly recommend the cottage to anyone who was visiting the Cotswolds.

A lovely stay in a Cotswold cottage
We enjoyed an excellent stay in a lovely Cotswold Cottage. The village of Blockley was larger than we expected but well serviced by the shop/café and two Public House's that both served excellent meals. The hilly nature of the village might not suit those with mobility issues (including the lane down to the cottage) but proved no issue to our party. Blockley proved to be an excellent base to explore the Cotswolds. As well as the usual suspects of Burford, Stow, Moreton, Broadway, Chipping Camden etc we ventured to Oxford for a day trip using the excellent Park and Ride and on another day the designer outlet site at Bicester Village. A lovely relaxing week, just what was needed.

Relaxing and refreshing family holiday in the Cotswolds
Our stay at Rosemary Cottage in Blockley was very enjoyable indeed. The cottage is small but very cosy and characterful and we felt instantly at home. As it is an old cottage, the walls are thin and the floorboards are quite creaky, but all in all the charm of this outweighed any possible inconvenience. We are a family of four from the Netherlands and we were looking for a relaxing and refreshing stay in a quintessentially English cottage in the countryside for an affordable price, which is exactly what we got. Blockley is a quiet but beautiful little village, and by car a great many attractions including Bath, Oxford, Broadway and even London can be reached relatively easily. To summarise, we very much enjoyed our stay at the lovely Rosemary Cottage and would definitely reccommend it to others.

Excellent Choice
After much research we decided on Rosemary Cottage as both bedrooms have ensuites. The Cottage is very cosy and well equipped. Blockley is off the main Cotswolds tourist route and so is very quiet, the Village Shop/Cafe has an amazing range for such a small shop and the wholemeal loaves are baked on the premises. Bev from Campden Cottages was most helpful when arranging our booking. Can recommend Roseamry Cottage and we will be happy to stay there again.

True cottage life
This is a cosy cottage in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. There is no rear garden and the small front garden has a seating area that could be improved.
