Low season is December and January (exc
Christmas and New Year). High season is July and August. Prices
gradually increase and decrease between these periods. Prices
for Christmas and New Year on request. Short breaks out of
season or for late availability. Prices quoted include for
gas, electric, linen and towels, fresh flowers and welcome tea tray with home made cake. (+ £25 for put-you-up).
  

PROPERTY DETAILS:
Carol's
Flat is situated overlooking the bustling High Street, above
a small Tesco supermarket. On Tuesdays (market day) you can
watch the people wending their way around the stalls and listen
to the traders calling their wares. Situated on the High Street,
this one bedroom first floor flat has a lovely view
of the skyline of Moreton-in-Marsh. Pedestrian access is via
Corders Lane and vehicular access via Hospital Road and Corders
Close. There is one off-street allocated car parking space.
Carol's flat is reached by a private entrance at the rear, shared with the
flat above via one flight of stairs. On the ground floor is a "mini" Tesco supermarket, the entrance to which is from the High Street.
Carol's flat is situated in the centre of Moreton in Marsh. If you are looking for perfect peace, this is not for you.
It is carpeted
throughout and in addition there are attractive rugs in the hall and sitting room.
Full gas fired central heating. There is a telephone for incoming and
emergency calls. Outgoing calls can be made using a chargecard.
The accommodation sleeps up to three people and comprises

HALL
Entry phone, antique wooden polished table with letter
rack holding plenty of brochures on local information. Antique
wooden hall chair. Mirror.
SITTING ROOM
Invitingly furnished with two sofas, antique upholstered
rocking chair Mahogany cupboard containing
glasses. Low mahogany "what not". Attractive and
unusual range of pictures and ornaments. Bookshelf filled
with a wide range of books. Colour television with video, stereo CD /radio/cassette
player.
DINING ROOM
Furnished in lovely honey coloured waxed old pine
which includes a dining table and four chairs, chest of drawers,
serving table, decorative shelf unit, corner wall cupboard.
Among the unusual ornaments is an old copper washing "dolly".
There is a foam mattress (5"
thick, 2'6" wide and 6'3" long) available for a
third person that can be put in the dining room. When
not in use it will fold up to form a stool.
KITCHEN
Fitted kitchen with gas
cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.
BEDROOM
Large, cosily decorated bedroom with double bed.
Co-ordinating bedcover, curtains and tablecloths for bedside
tables. Large dark oak double wardrobe, tallboy and matching
dressing table.
BATHROOM
White bathroom suite with hand held shower attachment
over bath. Shower rail with curtain. WC. Pedestal wash handbasin
and shaverpoint. Pine chest.
Pets are not allowed.
