are no short breaks available at Sansons Cottage under £295.

PROPERTY DETAILS:
Chipping
Campden is one of the most charming and unspoilt of the Cotswold
towns. It is often described as having the most perfect High
Street in England, with it’s beautiful honey coloured
stone buildings dating from the 14th - 17th centuries.
Sansons Cottage is situated at Leysbourne
which is the residential area of the High Street. This Cotswold
“character” cottage is Grade II listed and is
approx 150 year old. There are exposed timbers and beams throughout.
Newly renovated, it has been delightfully redecorated and
furnished with good quality fixtures and fittings.
Sansons Cottage offers flexible accommodation
on three floors with full gas central heating and hot water. Telephone.
GROUND FLOOR
Enter through the oak front door into the lobby area with
space for hanging coats and for shoes. A door leads through
to the
SITTING ROOM
Open Plan, with exposed beams and timbers. Relax in the comfortable,
two-seater sofa and armchairs or watch the world go by from
the window seat. Alternatively, curl up in the the alcove
in a cosy armchair and listen to your favourite CDs on the
music centre. There is a fireplace with coal effect gas fire
for instant heat. TV and DVD player.

to the
KITCHEN (with dining area)
Great care has been taken with every detail in this extremely
attractive kitchen/diner.
Fitted cupboards, washer/dryer, microwave,
fridge with freezer compartment. Stainless steel gas hob with
electric oven and extractor fan above.
Wide, carpeted stairs with exposed stair
timbers lead from the sitting room to the first floor landing.
An ironing board and iron are provided for your use.
BEDROOM TWO
Attractive double bedroom (5' bed) with window seat overlooking
the High Street.
BATHROOM
Small bathroom with electric shower over the bath, basin and
toilet.
An old door leads from the landing up the
stairs straight into this bedroom on the second floor.
BEDROOM ONE WITH EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM
A lovely hideaway. Spacious, high ceiling attic bedroom with
exposed beams. The King
Size (6ft) bed is zipped and linked and can be made into two,
3ft twin beds if required. There is a newly fitted en suite shower room with walk in shower, basin and wc.
GARDEN
Steps at the rear lead up to a narrow gravelled path, which
wends its way through the lovely “cottage garden”.
At the top of the garden is a patio area where there are wooden
chairs and a table where you can sit and relax.
CAR PARKING
Public parking spaces in street outside cottage.
