Low season is December and January (exc Christmas and New Year). High season is July and August. Prices gradually increase and decrease between these periods. PROPERTY DETAILS:
Situated close to the lovely High Street in Chipping Campden, Rundle Cottage is ideally located. Dating in part from the 18th century and maybe prior to this, Rundle was formerly two cottages which have been joined together. It is less than a five minute walk to the small shops and variety of restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. The cottage has been recently renovated so that it retains its original features, such as exposed beams, Cotswold stone walls and open fireplace, and has been furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings. The secluded split level garden to the rear is a real bonus, having a courtyard and a raised lawned area with flower borders

Enter the cottage through the front door into
OPEN PLAN SITTING/DINING ROOM
With exposed Cotswold stone walls and beams. Fully tiled throughout the ground floor with large rugs in the sitting / dining room. Decorated with style, the cosy sitting area has an open fire (logs are supplied), a two/three-seater sofa and two contrasting armchairs with additional window seat. Enjoy browsing through the books in the bookcase on the landing upstairs. Just a glass screen divides the two areas
The dining area has an antique drop leaf table with five chairs.

Lovely new galley kitchen with range of oak cupboards and shelves. There is limited worktop space. Stoves gas cooker with electric oven. Large Bosch fridge freezer. Washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Toaster, cafetiere. Iron and ironing board.
Double French doors open into secluded courtyard.
Fairly steep stairs lead up from the dining area, with a rope banister on your right.
All bedrooms and the landing are fully carpeted. The bathroom and ensuite shower room have tiled floors. The bedrooms all lead off the landing and have beautifully co-ordinated soft furnishings and high quality bed linen and towels.

Double bed (4’6”) with bedside tables and lamps. Dressing table, curtained hanging space with cupboard above and below. Hairdryer.

BEDROOM TWO

Single bed (3’ wide”). White, distressed painted wardrobe with drawer and bedside unit with touch-control lamp.
BATHROOM
White bathroom suite with bath, WC and basin. Hand held shower attachment over bath (not suitable for a stand up shower).
GARDEN
The totally enclosed garden is reached from the French doors or utility area and is on two levels. The first level is a delightful courtyard garden with circular wood garden table, five chairs and an umbrella. There is a log store. Stone steps lead up to the second level which has an attractive lawned area with herbaceous borders.
PARKING
There are parking places in the street outside Rundle Cottage with no time limit and no charges.
