Low season is December and January (exc Christmas and New Year). High season is July and August. Prices gradually increase and decrease between these periods. Prices for Christmas and New Year on request. Short breaks out of season or for late availability. Prices quoted include for gas, electric, linen and towels, fresh flowers and welcome tea tray with home made cake.

The TV has an HD-MI monitor connection for a laptop so, for example, if you have a Sky internet package at home, you can receive this on the television at Rosary via your laptop.

PROPERTY DETAILS:
Chipping Campden is one of the most charming
and unspoilt of the Cotswold towns. It is often described
as having the most perfect High Street in England, with it’s
beautiful honey coloured stone buildings dating from the 14th
to the 17th centuries.
Rosary Cottage is 600 years old and situated
in the heart of the High Street. Ideally situated to take
advantage of the very good selection of pubs, bistros and
restaurants. Alternatively, enjoy browsing among the small,
interesting shops and galleries.
Rosary Cottage has full gas central heating and a telephone.
Enter the cottage through the stable door into the
ENTRANCE HALL / SECOND SITTING ROOM
With comfy two seater sofa and armchair providing a relaxing additional area adjacent to the sitting room.
Stairs lead from this room to the first floor landing.
SITTING ROOM
Lovely sunny room facing south with large window with window
seat. Two comfy two seater sofas. Flat screen TV with Freeview(not shown), DVD player. Coal effect gas fire. Roberts radio/CD player/ipod.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has recently been refurbished with new fitted
shaker style cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped including
an Aga cooker and also a conventional electric cooker. Dishwasher,
washing machine/tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave.
Iron and ironing board. In the centre of the room is a large farmhouse style table
where you can all eat or just sit around, chat and enjoy a
cup of coffee or glass of wine. Exposed beams and old kitchenware
and items of interest are displayed, emphasizing the history
of the cottage.
Stairs lead from the entrance hall upstairs.
At the top of the stairs they split, with steps to the left
and to the right of different heights. (Elderly/infirm please
note). The landing banister over the stairs is open and therefore
not suitable for toddlers.

shower, wc and basin
BEDROOM ONE
Good sized, south facing double bedroom (4’6”
bed) with en-suite shower, wc and basin. Large chest of drawers.

BEDROOM TWO
South facing with twin beds (3' wide). There
is newly renovated en suite shower, basin and wc.

BEDROOM THREE
Double bedroom (4’6” bed) with many exposed beams with en-suite shower, wc and basin.
Fitted cupboard with shelves and hanging. Dressing table and
armchair.
GARDEN
There is a small, south facing area at the
front of the house with table and bench seats.
CAR PARKING
Is in the High Street. There are currently no parking
restrictions except in the Market Square.
