Pear Tree Cottage is a semi-detached Cotswold stone and brick cottage built approximately 150 years ago. Ideally situated in the centre of Chipping Campden, but tucked away in a peaceful position behind the Old Silk Mill but only approx two minutes walk from the High Street. Set in its own very attractive enclosed paved garden which is well stocked with trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants.

There is pedestrian access via a paved walkway by the Old Silk Mill which is the home of Harts (Gold and Silversmiths) who are descendants of C R Ashbee’s Guild and can be seen in their workshop.

The whole of the ground floor has recently been refurbished.

The accommodation has full gas central heating, sleeps up to four people and comprises of:

SITTING ROOM
This room has an exposed Cotswold stone wall and door leading to Sun Room. Fully carpeted. Two very comfortable two-seater sofas. Coffee table. Radiator. Colour television. DVD player.

SUN ROOM
