Year). High season is July and August. Prices gradually increase
and decrease between these periods. Prices for Christmas and
New Year on request. Short breaks out of season or for late
availability. Price includes gas, electric, linen

PROPERTY DETAILS:
Broad
Campden is one of the most picturesque, small villages in
the Cotswolds with many thatched cottages, a charming church
and the oldest Friends Meeting House in the country (17th
Century).
Situated less than a mile and within easy walking distance
from Chipping Campden, with its magnificent High Street full
of interesting small shops, many good pubs and restaurants.
The Bakers Arms pub in Broad Campden serves very reasonably
priced delicious meals and has won the North Cotswold pub
of the year award for their real ale.
Green Cottage is an attractive 19th century Cotswold stone
cottage situated in the middle of a very pretty row of cottages.
There is full gas central heating and telephone.
Walk through the front door into:
ENTRANCE LOBBY
with hanging area for coats. A door leads into the
SITTING ROOM
There is a wealth of exposed beams. Attractive Cotswold stone
fireplace with gas fired "wood-burning" style stove for that
lovely warm glow without the hassle of lighting and cleaning
a real fire. Comfy two-seater sofa with two matching armchairs.
There is new flat screen television with freeview and radio/ cassette /
CD player. At one side of the sitting room is the Dining Area
with polished wood dining table and seating for four. A door
leads through to the
KITCHEN
Very well equipped with pine fitted cupboards and a lovely
antique pine dresser. Electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher,
microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer.
Stairs from the sitting room lead to the first floor landing.
BEDROOM TWO
Attractive twin bedded (3’ wide) room with mahogany
chest of drawers and fitted cupboard for hanging clothes.
SHOWER ROOM
Walk in shower with wash hand basin and wc.
