PROPERTY DETAILS:
 Situated
in a picturesque and tranquil mews, this self catering holiday
home is tucked away only a few yards, through an archway,
from the High Street, in which there are a wealth of interesting
places to explore.
No 4 Grafton Mews was a barn conversion approximately
25 years ago. It features a beamed sitting room, luxury oak
fitted kitchen with matching dining area, downstairs cloakroom,
three bedrooms with sloping ceilings (one with en-suite shower
room) and separate bathroom.
The accommodation sleeps 4/5 people and comprises
of:
Fitted carpets in all rooms except reception
hall, cloakroom and kitchen which have Amtico flooring. Full
gas central heating.
RECEPTION HALL
Radiator, table, chair. The cottage has a telephone
for incoming and emergency calls. Outgoing calls can
be made using a chargecard.
SITTING ROOM
Exposed ceiling beam, Cotswold stone fireplace with
Canon coal effect gas fire, radiators, colour television, DVD player,
two comfortable sofas and reclining chair, occasional tables.
