and welcome tea tray with home made cake. Please note that

PROPERTY DETAILS:
Dragon House Cottage can be found in the beautiful, peaceful gardens of Dragon House, a 600 year old Grade II Listed house on the world renowned High Street of Chipping Campden.
Ideally situated, about 40 metres from the High Street, behind Dragon House. Just walk through the cobbled alleyway from the cottage, through the old oak door and you are right in the centre of the Chipping Campden, one of the most charming and unspoilt of the Cotswold towns. It is often described as having the most perfect High Street in England, with it’s beautiful honey coloured stone buildings dating from the 14th to the 17th centuries.
There is a wide range of interesting small shops and a large variety of good restaurants, hotels and pubs offering both traditional English and international cuisine.
The cottage has recently been renovated and updated to a high standard and is immaculately maintained.

Small kitchen with light oak fitted cupboards, gas cooker, larder fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cafetiere. Iron and ironing board.
Adjacent to the cottage is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer which is for your use but is also shared by those staying in the bed and breakfast rooms in the main house. The laundry room is paid by coin meter.

BEDROOM ONE WITH WALK IN SHOWER CUBICLE AND BASIN
Double bed (4’6”) AND Single bed (3’) This is a large room which can be used either as a double, twin or family room. Fitted cupboard with shelves and hanging area. Solid oak bedside cupboards. Individually adjustable bedside wall lights. Walk in shower cubicle. Alcove with wash hand basin. Hairdryer.
BEDROOM TWO WITH BASIN
Double Bed (4’6”). Individually adjustable bedside wall lights. Solid oak bedside cupboards. Wardrobe with hanging and shelving. Wash hand basin.
BEDROOM THREE
This is a small room with 3’ single bed. Individually adjustable bedside wall lights. Bedside cupboard, cupboard with hanging space and shelf for clothes.

With bath, basin and WC.
GARDENS
Adjacent to the cottage and surrounded by cotswold stone walls or trellis covered with roses, there is a weathered cotswold stone paved area with new stylish garden table and chairs, surrounded by a profusion of flowers. This is for the cottage use only.
A pathway leads past a variety of flower beds to a lovely traditional English garden which you are welcome to use and enjoy, on occasion with the owners and maybe guests from the main house. This garden is not suitable for "ball games"
CAR PARKING
There are two private, off road parking spaces. Access is from the rear through electric gates for added security.
