Low season is December and January (exc Christmas and New Year). High season is July and August. Prices gradually increase and decrease between these periods. Prices for Christmas and New Year on request. Short breaks out of season or for late availability. Prices quoted include for gas, electric, linen and towels, fresh flowers and welcome tea tray with home made cake.
    
PROPERTY DETAILS:
Chipping Campden is one of the most charming and unspoilt of the Cotswold towns. It is often described as having themost perfect High Street in England, with it’s beautiful honey coloured stone buildings dating from the 14th - 17th centuries.
There are plenty of very good restaurants and pubs to eat in, lots of little shops to browse which also include a french bakery, greengrocer (much of their produce is grown by themselves locally, butcher, mini supermarket, delicatessen. You can stroll along the High Street and get lovely fresh croissants and a newspaper to take back to the cottage and enjoy at your leisure. There are even tea rooms to enjoy gorgeous cream tea.
Brook Cottage is a lovely Grade II Listed cotswold stone cottage, right in the centre of Chipping Campden but peacefully situated behind the High Street so you wouldn't know it was there. With a pretty, enclosed garden laid to paving and gravel and with mature shrubs

Enter in to the hallway. To your right is the
Open Plan Sitting Room and Dining Room
Welcoming, light and sunny south facing room with french doors onto the garden. Gas, coal effect fire. Two, two seater sofas. Flat screen television with freeview. Blu-ray disc player, Pioneer digital ipod/iphone player.
The sitting room is open with the dining room which gives a very spacious feel to both rooms.
The dining room has exposed cotswold stone walls. Stone fireplace (non working). Dining table and four chairs. Window seat with pretty cushions.
Downstairs Cloakroom
Useful downstairs cloakroom with wc and wash handbasin.
Kitchen
Light and sunny fitted kitchen with door out onto the garden.
Large Bosch fridge/freezer, double fitted electric oven with gas hob and extractor fan over. Bosch washing machine and Bosch dishwasher, microwave, cafetiere. Iron and ironing board.
Stairs lead upstairs to the landing. Both bedrooms are of a very similar size but for ease of description have been called "one" and "two".
Bedroom One
Attractive room with exposed cotswold stone wall and exposed beams. King size (5ft wide) bed. Bedside tables and lamps. Mahogany chest of drawers. Two steps up to fitted cupboards. Clock radio with ipod dock.
Bedrooom Two
With Super King bed (6ft wide) which can be split into two 3 ft beds (as shown in photograph). Wardrobe with hanging space and room for folded clothes above. There is also a wicker, three drawer chest between the beds.
Family Bathroom
White bathroom suite with bath, handbasin and wc.
Garden
Sunny, south facing enclosed garden with paved area and gravel. Mature shrubs. There is a good size attractive garden table and four chairs. Barbecue (you will need to provide your own charcoal). There is a right of way down the side of the garden for the neighbours to reach their garden which is situatedat the rear beyond Ladbrook. We understand that this is not used very often.
Parking
Parking is in the street. Currently, there is no time limit and no charge.
