Badgers Retreat is a Cotswold stone cottage -the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries.
Situated in a gloriously rural environment, about 2 miles from Chipping Campden at the top of Saintbury Hill. However, within approximately only 5 minutes walk is The Dormy House Hotel and Broadway Golf Club.
Gaze at the outstanding views over the Cotswold countryside for miles around. With views like this you can understand why it has been designated an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty". Absolute bliss! Many lovely walks in the area (the Cotswold Way is opposite the farm) through fields and woods. Enjoy spotting the wildlife, birds and flowers.
ENTRANCE HALL
The front door opens to a lobby and then into a hallway.
KITCHEN
Badgers Retreat has a fully fitted kitchen. Exposed beam in the kitchen. Meals can be eaten at the table and four chairs. There is a gas cooker with oven and grill, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Cafetiere.
SITTING ROOM
Light and airy with large glass patio doors so that you can sit, relax and at the same time look out onto the glorious Cotswold countryside. Two comfortable armchairs and three seater sofa. Sit around the cotswold stone inglenook fireplace and watch the logs burning. The first basket of logs is included in the price, thereafter logs can be purchased locally.Television with Freeview. DVD.

BEDROOM ONE
Small double bedroom (4'6"bed), situated in the eaves with sloping walls. Large velux window which you can look out over the countryside while sitting in bed. Chest of drawers. Wardrobe.
BEDROOM TWO
Single bedroom with 3 ft wide bed. Bedside chest. Chest of drawers. Wardrobe
BATHROOM
White bathroom suite with bath with hand held shower attachment, basin and wc.
GARDEN
Patio area immediately outside the large glass doors of the sitting room, with grassy area on two sides overlooking countryside.
CAR PARKING
Private parking alongside the cottage.
Strictly no smoking.
A cot and/or high chair available on request.
