gradually increase and decrease between these periods. Prices
for Christmas and New Year on request. Short breaks out of
season or for late availability. Prices quoted include for
gas, electric, linen and towels, fresh flowers and welcome tea tray with home made cake. *Extra for Single (3') sofa chair bed in bedroom one - £25 per week.
 
Blockley is a delightful village situated amongst the rolling hills of the North Cotswolds, between Chipping Campden and Moreton in Marsh in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The new Blockley Shop and Cafe is now open, where hot food is also served, home-made cakes, croisants for an early breakfast and a shop which stocks just about everything. The shop and cafe opens at 8.30 am and also sells newspapers & magazines, etc.
The Great Western Arms pub in the village serves meals or food can be purchased to take away.
The Crown Hotel serves food in the bar and restaurant.

Arreton
Cottage is thought to originate approx 300 years ago and was
formerly the coach house, stable and gardeners cottage, and
has now been converted to form one single cottage. Arreton
Cottage is situated in a quiet location, away from the road,
in the grounds of Arreton House which offers 4 diamond Silver
Award Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
Arreton Cottage offers flexible accommodation
with full gas central heating and hot water. There is a wood
burning stove in the sitting room/dining room and many of
the walls are exposed Cotswold stone.
The owners believe in offering every creature
comfort with no hidden extras. You will be welcomed with a
hamper of homemade cake and goodies, there will be a bottle
of wine chilling in the fridge, fresh flowers in the cottage
and a log pile for the fire. Also included are items of quality
toiletries to help make your stay both memorable and very
enjoyable
GROUND FLOOR
Enter through the oak front door into the
HALL/DINING AREA
with tiled floor. Circular dining table and chairs. Arched
stone fireplace through to the sitting room which houses the
wood burning stove. Doors lead to the kitchen, downstairs
cloakroom and sitting room.
DOWNSTAIRS CLOAKROOM
With wc and basin.
KITCHEN
Well equipped, beamed kitchen with Fitted oak cupboards with
tiled work surface. Washing machine/ tumble dryer, microwave,
fridge freezer. Gas hob with electric oven. Dishwasher. Iron
and ironing board.
SITTING ROOM
Cosy, with wood burning stove. Comfy 3 seater settee with
two armchairs. TV, Video, Radio and CD Player.

GARDEN
There is an attractive patio area at the front of
the cottage where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun. At
the side of the cottage there is an additional private area
with table, chairs and a barbecue. You are also free to make
use of the extensive gardens surrounding Arreton House.
PRIVATE CAR PARKING
Strictly no smoking and no dogs in the cottage.
