PROPERTY DETAILS:
Perry Cottage at The Old Cider Mill is a detached, converted haybarn to the Cider Mill, surrounded by the apple orchards which once made the cider. ‘Perry’ is the old word for ‘Pear’ so they probably made that variety at the Mill too!! Grade II Listed with traditional features including high ceilings and exposed beams throughout. Set at one end of a "U" shaped courtyard the three other houses are occupied by the owners.
Ideally situated in the pretty village of Paxford with far-reaching views down the valley and over Paxford village. Only 2-3 minutes walk from the Churchill Arms pub, serving award winning food and real ale. Paxford is situated less than 3 miles from Chipping Campden and surrounded by the glorious Cotswold countryside in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The accommodation at Perry Cottage is all on the ground floor, ideal for those who do not wish to cope with stairs. It has just undergone a complete renovation in all rooms. In addition, all furnishings, furniture and appliances are completly new. Oil fired central heating throughout. Telephone available for local calls only.

Relax on the large comfortable leather sofa or the double sofa bed. During the winter warm yourself in front of the multi fuel stove (logs are provided free of charge). Beautifully cosy as all the windows have full length interlined curtains in addition to Roman blinds. Flat screen TV with Freeview. DVD player.

Brand new cream gloss fitted kitchen with a door opening directly onto the sunny patio and garden. 10 ft by 10ft. Enjoy the warm underfloor heating during the colder months as you make that early morning pot of tea. Stainless steel sink, granite work surfaces and drainer.

Large, private, south facing sunny garden with far-reaching views down the valley and over Paxford village. The garden backs onto a secluded apple orchard. Natural stone, sunny patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. BBQ provided. There is access to the Summer House for storing bicycles etc.
The ranch fence at the bottom of the garden has chicken wire over the lower half of it, making it more secure for a dog.
