These prices are inclusive of all oil, electric, linen and towels, fresh flowers and welcome tea tray with home made cake
Payment must be made in sterling (UK pounds). It can be made by cheque or by card (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro). If it is by a UK debit card there is no handling charge. Because we incur charges on all other cards, we will make a charge of 2% when you pay by credit card or on all non UK cards
A dog is permitted by prior arrangement with Campden Cottages only @ £25 per week
For all short breaks and for bookings with a dog there is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of £150.
We are pleased to welcome your dog to Walnut Cottage. However, for the comfort of future guests we ask that dogs stay off the furniture and that no trace of a dog remains after your departure. Please provide bedding for your dog and ensure that it is never left alone in the property. We regret that, if these conditions are not complied with, there will be a charge.
For all Christmas and New Year bookings there is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of £250

Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are only available out of season or close to the actual date
Price for 3 night short break: 75% of the weekly rate
Price for 4 night short break: 80% of the weekly rate
Price for 5 night short break: 90% of the weekly rate
